Born in 1972 in Stuttgart, studied economics, philosophy, medieval and modern history in Heidelberg as well as culture management at the University of Hagen. From 2002 to 2004 he worked as a research assistant in the field of dialogical leadership/dialogical culture at the Friedrich von Hardenberg Institute for Cultural Sciences. He was a research associate at the Institute for Entrepreneurship, at the University of Karlsruhe/KIT from 2004 to 2010, and he worked from 2010 to 2011 at the dm-Drogerie Markt GmbH +Co. KG. Since 2011 he has been a free-lance management consultant addressing leadership questions, and he is actively engaged at the Hardenberg Institute in the framework of Dialogical Leadership/Dialogical Culture.
