Karl-Martin Dietz

Born in 1945 in Heidelberg, studied classical philology, German language and philosophy as well as business sciences in Heidelberg, Tübingen and Rome. He received his degree in presocratic philosophy. From 1974 to1980 he taught at the University of Heidelberg. From 2003-2010 he taught at the Institute for Entrepreneurship, University of Karlsruhe/KIT, addressing the topic of Dialogical Leadership/Dialogical Culture. In 1978 he founded the Friedrich von Hardenberg Institute for Cultural Sciences together with Thomas Kracht.
