Born in 1962 in Trier. Finished her studies in German philology and philosophy in Regensburg and Tübingen. From 1988 to 1993 research assistant at the Hardenberg Institute, beginning with a research project concerning current questions of the history of the mind. Subsequently participated in first practical experiences in business enterprises, that led to the development of Dialogical Culture. Since 2004 editor of the magazine die Drei; since 2014 member of the council of the Anthroposophical Society in Germany, engaged in research funding. At the Hardenberg Institute she participates within the context of the Dialogical Leadership/Dialogical Culture with the main focus on "Research".
